Below is a list of the serious cons and the one pro I have found with this fryer.*CON-The product description for the single tank Adcraft fryer states the "Temp Control switch from 120-375." FACT-The Temp Control switch only goes up to 370. *CON-The product description states this fryer will get up to 375 degrees. FACT-Using a temperature gauge,I found this fryer only gets up to 350 degrees. CON-The fry basket comes with a detachable handle.Not a safe thing when working around hot oil. I had the handle of my fry basket welded on at a local welding shop. PRO-The ONLY pro I found with this fryer is that it comes apart easily for cleaning. *NOTE:Since I wrote the my original review in 2010, which then the product description stated "Temp Control switch from 120-375." It appears now that the product description has been rewritten to say "Thermostatically controlled to 375� F (190� C)"...
